How long will my package take to arrive?
Standard shipping for Canvas orders typically takes 10-13 business days, including processing and delivery time. Express shipping takes 7-9 business days. You can also select a rush shipping option, which will deliver your package in 1-2 business days.
To print a design on a Canvas product, you will need to submit a high-resolution file in one of the following formats:
- PNG
- JPG
- EPS
- AI
Your file should have a resolution of at least 300 DPI (dots per inch) to ensure that your design prints clearly and sharply.
If your design has any transparent elements, such as text or graphics with a transparent background, you will need to submit your file in PNG format. This is because PNG files support transparency, while JPG and PDF files do not.
If your design is complex or has a lot of detail, you may want to submit your file in EPS or AI format. These formats are vector formats, which means that the images can be scaled to any size without losing quality.
Canvas also accepts PSD files, but these files should be flattened before submitting them. This means that all layers of the file should be merged into one layer.
